Before the Wedding

  • One planning meeting about 4–6 weeks out

  • Custom wedding day timeline

  • Venue walk-through (if local)/review

  • Vendor confirmations the week of

  • Timely email communication

On the Wedding Day

  • Lead coordinator on-site

  • Management of your full wedding timeline

  • Main point of contact for vendors

  • Setup of personal decor and details

  • Oversee ceremony + reception setup

  • Direct wedding party and ceremony processional

  • Keep everything running smoothly throughout the day

  • Emergency kit on hand

After the Celebration

  • Distribute vendor payments and tips (if provided)

  • Pack up personal items and decor

  • Final venue check before departure

The Summit

Partial Planning & Coordination

Designed for couples who want support beyond coordination and a more elevated planning experience.

Needs to be booked Minimum of

3 months out!

Starting at $1,500​​

Everything Included in The Valley, Plus:

Extended Pre-Wedding Support

  • Coordination begins 8–12 weeks before your wedding

  • Multiple planning meetings for logistics, flow, and final details

  • Ongoing guidance and communication during this time

  • Vendor recommendations and logistical support as needed

Planning & Design Assistance

  • Layout and guest flow planning

  • Décor placement and styling on wedding day

  • Collaborative access to planning tools for added organization and clarity

Additional Assistance

$300 per Assistant. Assistants are required per guest count diagram below.

>50 Guests: Needs 1 Planner

50-99 Guests: Needs 1 Planner + 1 Assistant

100-149 Guests: Needs 1 Planner + 2 Assistants

150-199 Guests: Needs 1 Planner + 3 Assistants

200-249 Guests: Needs 1 Planner + 4 Assistants

250-299 Guests: Needs 1 Planner + 5 Assistants

300 Guests<: Needs 1 Planner + 6 OR more Assistants (at Planners discretion depending on event needs & total guest count)
